Our selection
Catalyst Chardonnay Orange 2014
This chardonnay has a dry lingering taste, and the term “flint” sums up the flavor. A modern Australian style, this wine has an understated aroma and a dry chalky texture.
Catalyst Barbera New England 2011
Barbera is a grape variety that is famous in northern Italy. Catalyst Barbera is true to the style and shows a medium-bodied velvet fleshy palate with savory dark cherry aromas. It is excellent easy drinking now and will improve for a further five years or so.
Catalyst Shiraz Heathcote 2013
A Shiraz of crisp garnet colour, vibrant cool aromas of spice, red fruits and an elegant palate of mouth-filling soft tannins, clever oak and bright fruits. For early easy drinking.
Catalyst Tempranillo Granite Belt 2012
This Tempranillo shows savory earthy berry aromas and a medium bodied taste with firm tannins. Tempranillo is a Spanish noble variety made to accompany Mediterranean inspired foods. Try with antipasto and Provincial dishes.
